Abstract

The purpose of this paper of scientific writing was to analyze the level of education and capital resources as an effort to develop UMKM in facing comunity of economic ASEAN, with using case study: micro and small enterpreneur at province of west sumatera in 2015. This paper to collect the data used secondary data from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) as resources of data. The data were analyzed with descriptive analysis. The result slows that. (1) the level of education from micro and small enterpreneur in west sumatera is still low (2) the capital resources of micro and small enterpreneur only from owner (3) the goverment has been develop of UMKM through various policities but it has not been optimal realized.
